Looking for Bloggers and Internet Marketers Doing Fundraisers to Support Oil Spill Cleanup

Hey out there internet land! I am looking for bloggers and internet marketers who are doing any kind of fund raising efforts to support cleaning up the oil spill in the Gulf. Whether you’re buying boxes of Dawn dish soap to help bathe animals that were stuck in the oil, or sending funds to the Red Cross, or maybe you’re going there directly yourself to help out, I want to hear about it and I want to help spread the word about whatever you’re doing and contribute in any way that I can.
So, tell me about your efforts so I can tell others! Leave a comment here or email me retta.oliver AT gmail DOT com. This is something very important to me and I want to do whatever I can to help. I look forward to hearing about your efforts and spreading the word to hopefully double everyone’s efforts. If you’re not doing anything yet, or maybe not feeling ‘in it’ enough to do your own thing online then I strongly encourage to find someone who is helping and help them to help even more by spreading the word.
Remember, helping is more than a financial contribution. Yes, dollars and cents help, but so do other things. Twittering, emailing your list, posting on your blog, telling a friend or neighbor, talking to your kids about it, those things all help too!
Have a great day today!

P.S. If you follow me on Twitter @retta719, no my husband did not actually quit his job so we could go scrub oil off of birds, but we strongly considered it. Still very strongly thinking about planning a weekend to go down there and help out during the kid’s summer break off of school. (Out buys don’t get out until June 17th)
