I used the TTFtitles Plugin to create the post titles in a custom font with drop shadow to match the header graphic.

The RSS square in the top corner adds a splash of color to the header, and is of course also functional for subscribing to the feed.

Left and right sidebars are easily changed and rearranged with WordPress widgets feature. The additional two areas on the home page are also widgets and can be changed easily to fit your needs.
