SWAG = Stuff We All Get

Tonight during the #gno chat on Twitter, Chrissy over at Indie Biz Chicks (one of my uber favorite blogs) shared her post about SWAG and I thought it was a great topic with conferences and summer events coming up all over the place soon.

She started off a list of the usual SWAG items that we might get or give…. now let’s add to the list and see what we come up with and what the best SWAG items are for different niches and so on.

SWAG! w00t! ~*~ Everyone loves some good SWAG! I’ve given away pens and sticky note pads before. This year I’m looking to get some USB drives to give away for my gadget site, they make an awesome SWAG that people are sure to hang onto!

I recently saw a few companies giving away flip flops and I thought that was a cool swag. My oldest son and his best friend got some cool AMP flip flops from a giveaway, perfect for the pool and the beach. Those seemed like a good creative way to market this summer!
