5 Tasks that a Busy Blogger Can Outsource, Pt. 2

I’m Nicole Dean and I’m a friend of Loretta’s – as you can see in the picture to the left. That’s us!
I’m here this week as a Guest Expert helping you to make blogging more fun and profitable by outsourcing the pieces that you don’t enjoy.
Yesterday, I started with Outsourcing Blog Installation and Plugin Installation.
Today, I’m going to move into how to make it easier to fill your blog with valuable content. But, first, there are a variety of options already available for content that you can legally “steal” from others.
Steal Content from Others.
ok. So you’re not really stealing it. It’s more of a borrowing of content.
1. Videos.
Simply go to YouTube.com and the other video sites and find videos that your users will enjoy. You can embed them onto your blog. Or, outsource this!
You are welcome to use my videos. I don’t mind one bit: Nicole Dean Videos.
2. Audios.
At LadyPens.com you can grab audios that you’re welcome to publish on your blog. I’m sure others have free audios available, too. Grab free reprint audios here.
3. Articles.
There are numerous article directories online that you can pull articles from. Why would people willingly give away their articles? For the free exposure. At the end of each article, you’ll find an author bio with a link. That author bio (or resource box) is their “payment” for allowing you to use their content. This is a fantastic way to get expert content on your blog for free. Some experts even let you use their articles, but replace the link to their website with your affiliate link for their program. You’ll find many of those articles at Free Affiliate Reprint Articles.
4. Reports.
There are many free reports that you can give away on your blog. Some are even brandable (which means that you can edit the links and replace them with your affiliate links for the products mentioned). If you’re looking for internet marketing reports to give to your blog readers, I have a site called “Brandable Stuff” that you can check out here: Brandable Stuff for Bloggers.
Now, before the duplicate content police start commenting, yes, you always should write an intro before any of the types of content above when posting it to your blog. You may also wish to add a blurb in the middle with your thoughts, and a note at the end. That will show the search engines that your page is different than all of the others with the same article.
How can you outsource that portion? Have your Virtual Assistant go find great content for you and post it to your blog. Easy peasy.
PLR for Bloggers.
The next ideas is to have your helpers use the PLR content that you have on your hard-drive (or even have them research and recommend PLR for you).
Definition: PLR stands for Private Label Rights articles. These are articles that you can buy and use on your blog. How are they different than the content above? You don’t have to link to the author. You can edit them. And, you’re free to mish-mash them together with your own ideas to quickly create content.
Where do you find PLR that you can use on your blog? Ask your Virtual Assistant for recommendations, or go to Easy PLR.
Once you have the PLR, you can have your service providers add it to your blog, rewrite it, and/or find affiliate recommendations. You don’t have to allow them to click the “publish” button, but rather save it in draft mode for you to edit and approve at your convenience.
Get free contributors – like me.
If you have an established blog, you can have your Virtual Assistants line up contributors who will write for your blog for free. Well, for a few links, anyway. Why else would I be here? I’m a nice person, but that’s a lot of writing for nothing.
Hire a Ghostwriter.
The final option that I’ll discuss today is to outsource content for your blogs is to hire a ghostwriter. (This is a service offered here. Services at Easy WAHM Websites.)
l be back tomorrow with more tasks that you can outsource. Please keep the comments coming.
Warmly,
Nicole Dean
PS. I teach a course called Outsource Weekly that teaches you how to outsource effectively. Check it out by clicking on the banner below.

I want to encourage everyone to visit LadyPens and check out the audio articles! That is one of my new favorite ways of repurposing articles and reports! thank you again Nicole!
Another great post! Awesome tips that will help with time management and developing a team.
Thanks guys! That reminds me that I need to record some more articles, too.
I had no idea that you could embed other audio. Even seasoned bloggers can learn a few things!
I had no idea about the audio either. What great tips, off to check out the sites
[...] Outsourcing Your Blog Content without Tears. [...]
Very nice article Nicole! I’ve only recently gotten into trying to find new and interesting content for my blogs to put between posts/articles I’ve written myself – so the PLR links provided (along with product reviews like the ones at http://www.productreviewplr.com ) are extremely helpful!
If you are blogging for money and affiliate marketing the money you spend on hiring a VA or outsourcing will be made back easily. As a wahm who also goes to college the sheer time saving is worth it!
Thanks for the info!
I have been having a hard time keeping up with all my blogs lately. This is good info to get me going again. Thanks a bunch!
I’ll third the not knowing about audio articles. Thanks also for reminding me about going and adding youtube vid’s and especially your link for yours.
I LOVE PLR! Sometimes I use it mostly as is, sometimes I rip and tear each paragraph up into a new post that I completely rewrite. But having the option of doing that with good PLR is priceless.
Interesting about audio. I need to do video but I am just so nervous LOL
