Sending a broadcast email to your list is beneficial for those times that you have time sensitive information that you want to send but don’t want to add it to an autoresponder series due to the time constraints on the offer or information.

Following are the steps necessary to broadcast an email to your list via Wahmcart’s broadcast email feature.

Login to your Wahmcart account. Choose Followup => Send Email. You will then be taken to a screen that will allow you type your email and send it to your list. The steps below will walk you through how to create and send the email.

Step 1
Choose Plain Text (default) or HTML formatting for your message.

Step 2
Choose the list you wish to send the broadcast to from the drop down list. You also have the option to send to all your lists if you have multiple lists in your Wahmcart account.

Step 3
Set the schedule (date and time) you’d like your email to be sent out.

Step 4
Enter your subject line remembering to insert first or last name (via the buttons above the subject) if necessary.

Step 5
Enter the body of your message with any additional information from the insert buttons (first, last name, email, URL, Company, Date) above the body text box.

Once you have everything entered, click the “Preview Message” button to see what your email will look like to your subscribers. Review everything and once it’s the way you want it click “Send Message” or “Edit Message” to go back and make any corrections needed.
