If you haven’t met Maria Gudelis yet, you really should. She’s a brilliant marketer and can have you setting up a consulting business in no time flat. She’s definitely a pro at what she does and she always explains things in normal terms, no fancy shmancy hyped up garbage over there.

Recently she had a guest expert on her Blog Talk Radio show to discuss the recent FTC rulings and how it might apply to consulting business. Now, if you’re not a consultant don’t worry about that, there’s a lot of conversation that applies to marketing in general, affiliate marketing, and especially the use of testimonials, which seems to be a major thing that have everyone confused and frustrated.

>> Head over here to listen to the replay of the discussion and/or pick up the transcript. I found the discussion super helpful and it also raised a few questions in my mind that I hadn’t thought about yet in regards to the FTC rulings. Definitely worth a listen this morning.

Happy Blogging!
