We pay $30 for each completed case involving no children. We pay $40 per case involving children. We will pay you upon receipt of all the completed pleadings and documents. You will not be an employee, but rather a contractor providing case prep services. There is an opportunity of 2-5 new cases per day, 7 days per week. After earning over $600 you will receive a 1099-MISC as required by the IRS.
We will work with each other via email, although we may speak via telephone as needed. The process is rather simple, we email you completed questionnaires you then simple review the questionnaire and accept the case or you may request additional information or you may reject a case. In the later if a case does not meet our requirements you will reject the case. A case may be rejected because and you return all the completed case documents to us via email. If any clarification is needed this is addressed via email as well.
